    Can a bulging disc cause trap swelling?

    Hey everyone,

    I have a c4,c5,c6 compression in my neck and a bulging disc on the other side of my neck. First week back to working out in 3 years and it seems my trap has swollen and in a lot of pain. Does anyone here know if the bulging disc is whats causing my trap swelling or if this is just a fluke from working out to hard?
