    Eating a lot before a workout and nothing after?

    Can you eat a lot before a workout and nothing after? I'm fasting for Ramadan so I can't eat or drink anything including water, I eat at 2 in the morning so can I hit the gym at 5 in the morning? I can not eat anything after my workout.

    Should I wait till it's 1-2 hours left till I can eat and then go and train? My gym closes at 10 p.m

    What do you guys suggest?

    Ya, you can. You don't want to sacrifice sleep though. If it were me, I would workout fasted and eat after. This would, at the very least, preserve muscle mass until the end of the month
