Does anyone have any new data on the muscle full effect? I had delved into the topic a while back but did not continue my research on the topic.
Also looking for peoples thoughts/opinions on what they think of the concept.

Jorn Trommelen, if not aware, is a PhD candidate in Muscle Metabolism, he replied to my question regarding this here in this thread:

Did you read his work on MPS? Dunno since you didnt mention, heres his research:

Also after RE, MPS could be elevated up to 48 hrs so that would leave the muscle full effect not a thing to worry about if into working out 6 days a week, as I doNASM CPT

He has some cool reads on MPS and protein.
I think the issue with the muscle full effect is we'd really never know if it was occurring or not in ourselves
So I only concentrate on getting in sufficient protein for my age, as older lifters like me, would need more protein to maximize MPS, than younger onesNASM CPT
